Zoll R Series Defibrillator Operators Manual

The Zoll R Series ALS Defibrillator is a unit designed to give medical professionals comprehensive support for resuscitation. The R Series provides visuals that can be used as guidance and feedback to rescuers with CPR Feedback, which allows rescuers to see depth and rate of compression of CPR. The R Series ALS Defibrillator has advanced capabilities for experienced users, and is available with multiple parameters to include, SpO2, NIBP, and EtCO2

Note: Batteries not included. Zoll SurePower Rechargeable Lithium Ion Battery Pack (#8019-0535-01) may be purchased separately and is compatible with R Series, E Series, and AED Pro Defibrillators.

The R Series works with the Zoll OneStep Pacing system to provide patients with pacing options that are simple to use and easy to understand. With OneStep Pacing and Zoll OneStep Electrodes, the need for a separate ECG cable is eliminated, which makes the system more user-friendly and lessens the chance for errors. The R Series is a reliable and affordable option for those who need pacing options that are easy to use and understand. The ECG electrodes are incorporated with an anterior OneStep electrode. The ECG electrodes are incorporated with an anterior OneStep electrode. The electrodes are triangular and incorporate a circular multi-function therapy electrode in the middle, and three ECG electrodes at the ends of the triangular electrode pad shape. The ECG electrodes are used to monitor the electrical activity of the heart, and the anterior OneStep electrode is used to deliver electrical therapy to the heart. The three ECG electrodes are placed on the chest in order to monitor the electrical activity of the heart, and the circular multi-function therapy electrode is placed on the chest in order to deliver electrical therapy to the heart. Electrodes for this function are sold separately.
