RETURNS

Except for items explicitly sold AS-IS, all refurbished equipment comes with a 10 day right-of-refusal (return for any reason) and may come with additional warranty against defects if stated. For new equipment, Avobus processes the manufacturer's warranty. Call us for an RMA number and instructions on how and where to return your order. A 20% restocking fee may be applied.

Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping charges, unless the item is confirmed defective. If any product is found to be defective, Avobus will promptly exchange and send a return label or UPS call tag for the return.

Returns for disposable accessories and special orders may be limited.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions of Use (the "Terms of Use") apply to the Avobus web site located at avobus.com, and all associated sites linked to avobus.com by Avobus, its subsidiaries and affiliates, including Avobus sites around the world (collectively, the "Site"). The Site is the property of Avobus ("Avobus") and its licensors. BY USING THIS SITE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE; IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SITE. Avobus reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to: 1) change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time 2) monitor and remove postings and 3) discontinue site availability. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. As long as you comply with these Terms of Use, Avobus grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Site. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Avobus relating to the subject matter herein. If any term, condition, or provision of this agreement is determined to be unlawful, invalid, void, or for any reason, unenforceable, the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms, conditions, and provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.

All text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, artwork and computer code (collectively, "Content"), including but not limited to the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, "look and feel" and arrangement of such Content, contained on the Site is owned, controlled or licensed by or to Avobus, and is protected by trade dress, copyright, patent and trademark laws, and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws.

Intended Audience

This site, and the content thereof, (the "Site") is intended for users in the United States only. Avobus makes no representation that the Site is appropriate for use at locations outside the US. The Site is designed to comply with US laws and regulations and access to the Site may not be legal for certain persons in some countries or in some countries in general. This Site is not intended as a product solicitation or promotion of products in those countries, where such activities are prohibited. The Site may refer to products or services which are not available in your country. Applicable Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina. You agree to be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of North Carolina regarding the enforceability of this Agreement.

Disclaimer and Limit on Damage

AVOBUS DOES NOT REPRESENT, WARRANT OR PROMISE THAT THE SITE OR ANY CONTENT, SERVICE OR FEATURE OF THE SITE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL PROVIDE SPECIFIC RESULTS. THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE DELIVERED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. ALL INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THE SITE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
