What if my equipment doesn't pass inspection?
If your equipment is broken and requires repair, we will contact you immediately and wait for your
approval before we make any repairs.
How long will it take for my equipment to be serviced?
Once you receive the shipping label, it will take 2-3 days to arrive at our location. Once it arrives, our
Biomeds will diagnose the equipment within 24-48 hours. If the equipment is in for a yearly Preventative
Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS), you can anticipate a turn around time of 24-48 hours. You will
then receive tracking information along with the testing report. If repairs are needed, you will be
notified of lead time.
