Powerheart G3 AED pediatric pads are reduced-energy defibrillation pads recommended for use on children who are less than 8 years of age or who weigh less than 55 pounds. G3 pediatric pads are small in size and use a special attenuator to reduce energy to the child. Pediatric defibrillation pads may be placed in either position on the chest (upper-right or lower-left) to minimize confusion and help save time during an emergency. They may also be placed on the chest and back. These Powerheart pediatric pads for children are compatible with all Powerheart G3 series AEDs (models 9300 and 9390).Important Announcement: We have become aware that after-market manufacturers and online retailers are selling unbranded Cardiac Science electrode pads for use with Cardiac Science automated external defibrillators (AEDs).
