Overview

The Defibtech Lifeline ARM XR helps professional rescuers transition from manual to mechanical CPR quickly and maintain consistent compressions over extended durations, particularly when fatigue, staffing limits, or transport make manual CPR difficult to sustain.

ARM XR is designed to deliver consistent rate and depth without provider fatigue, supporting more predictable compressions during prolonged events and transport.

Key features

• Two compression modes: Continuous; 30:2 protocol with a 3-second ventilation pause and audio indication.

• Controlled CPR parameters: 100–110 ±1 CPM, 50% ±5 duty cycle, depth range 1.5–2.4 in with target 1.8–2.2 in (based on chest geometry).

• Chest rise allowance: pressure pad “release” up to 0.6 in (1.5 cm) each compression.

• Rugged, transport-ready: device sealing rated IP43 (with battery pack installed).

• Connectivity: device can send data to a host PC via Bluetooth module or wired USB.

Lifeline ARM XR is intended for adult patients that fit the following specifications:

• Max chest width: 17.5 in (44.4 cm)

• Chest height: 7.4–12.7 in (18.8–32.3 cm)

• The spec sheet states use is not restricted by patient weight.

What is the Defibtech Lifeline ARM XR?
