Microstream® Capnography is a revolutionary technology that provides an accurate, reliable, and easy-to-use assessment of a patient's respiratory status, whether intubated or non-intubated, in any clinical setting. Its advanced airway management capabilities offer an early indication of airway compromise, allowing for quick and effective intervention. The Microcap® (etCO2) and Microcap® Plus (etCO2 and SpO2) portable capnographs provide real-time data to help clinicians make informed decisions about their patient's respiratory health. With its user-friendly design and intuitive interface, Microstream® Capnography is the ideal solution for any healthcare provider looking to improve patient outcomes.

The Oridion Microcap is a portable capnograph that allows for continuous monitoring of EtCO2 (End-tidal carbon dioxide), FiCO2 (Fractional inspired carbon dioxide), and RR (Respiratory rate). It can display EtCO2 and FiCO2 in either mmHg, kPa, or Vol% and can provide output for a printer, PC, or digital to analog converter.

  • Displays CO2 waveform, EtCO2 numerical value, and Respiratory rate or FiCO2.
  • Can connect to communication adapter, printer, PC, digital to analog converter, nurse call system, and patient monitoring systems.
  • Operating time is between 4 and 7 hours depending on device usage.

Microstream® capnography technology is a portable, accurate, and continuous monitoring technology that can be used on intubated and non-intubated patients from neonates to adults in hospital and Pre-Hospital environments, including emergency transport. This technology provides clinicians with real-time information about a patient's respiratory status, allowing for early detection of respiratory events and interventions to prevent or treat them. This technology is particularly useful in Pre-Hospital settings, where clinicians may not have the time or resources to constantly monitor a patient's respiratory status.

The CO2 monitor is a device that is used to measure the amount of carbon dioxide in a person's breath. The monitor has a display range of 0-99 mmHg, and an accuracy of 0-38 mmHg ± 2 mmHg. The monitor also has a respiration rate of 0-150 breaths/min.
